2023 – Stolen iPhone 13 Pro and Mobile Operator Records Deletion.

This folder contains video evidence related to the theft of my iPhone 13 Pro in 2023 and the events that followed. On the night of the theft, I went to three different police stations. Despite spending several hours trying to file my criminal complaint, the two individuals who stole my phone were not detained, allowing them to escape. Twelve days later, I located both suspects myself and handed them over to the police. They were handcuffed and taken into custody. Approximately one week later, I was informed that the suspects could not be found because they were allegedly not registered in Germany. I consider this explanation to be in direct contradiction with the fact that they had already been detained. This video also shows that I continued paying the financing agreement for the stolen iPhone13 Pro for a total of two years, including after the theft. Later, I was informed by O2 Germany, a mobile telecommunications provider, that there was allegedly no record in its central archive showing that an iPhone 13 Pro had ever been sold under my name. In my view, this video is one of the key pieces of evidence in this case. It is supported by additional official documents, police records, court documents, correspondence, photographs, call logs, location data, and other evidence submitted separately.
